Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ERP & CRM Implementation Specialist to lead and support the implementation and integration of SAP, ZOHO, and Salesforce platforms. This role will involve gathering business requirements, working on BRDs, testing applications, coordinating across departments, and collaborating with third-party vendors for seamless API integrations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise software systems, API workflows (JSON), and cross-functional project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP, ZOHO and Salesforce solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Design and test system configurations, workflows, and customizations within Salesforce and SAP environments.
