Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Design & Operations Management
● Lead the Pan-India Cabinetry Cult operations, aligning creative design intent with technical feasibility and production capabilities.
● Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across design, software, and production functions — ensuring every project adheres to process discipline, design quality, and delivery timelines.
